On the streets, at our Boston Living Center, and across programs, we work to prevent chronic conditions and overdoses. We provide HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI testing and counseling; a healthy meals program; syringe and naloxone distribution; and an array of education, navigation, and support services. After completion of Phase 1, clients work with their counselors to explore part-time or full-time employment opportunities or some structured time that fits their abilities. Clients continue to attend group meetings and individualized treatment in the evening.

Our team connects with each client’s clinical providers to help understand what supports are needed before he arrives at Tharros. We support clients as they ease their way back into life by giving them support in navigating day to day living, while maintaining a foundation of structure that guides them as they begin to build a new life for themselves. We offer our clients a variety of support services and state-of-the-art facilities. Each of these services can help to better equip you with the mental and emotional tools that you need to face your sobriety outside of the safety and structure of rehab. At Hope House, we combine a sober community with aftercare, assisting our clients as they acquire new skills to meet life’s challenges in a fresh and encouraging way. Our mission is to help our clients achieve long-term recovery, move on from feelings of shame, and learn how to live a fulfilled life.
